In 2017, a group of professionals, with twenty-years experience in the field of catering and luxury hotels, gave life to Ro.Ck. Rooms & Cocktails Srls.
Ro.Ck. is a consultancy agency specialized in the field of Food & Beverage (Cocktail Bars and Catering) and Hospitality (Hotels, Guest Houses and B&Bs). We have a 360°degrees understanding and involvement, from start-ups to the management of consolidated realities in need of a breath of fresh air and organizational redevelopment. We build business models and feasibility studies, carry out complete company check-ups, analyze the market to propose innovative schemes and create original concepts from design to supervision of works. We offer a wide range of services from menu engineering, to revenue management strategy and profitability analysis, to commercial development, quality training, recruitment, health&safety implementation/training, hotel and restaurant supplies, to the actual operational start-up.
