Who we are
Ro.Ck. Rooms&Cocktails Srls, founded in 2017, is made up of a group of professionals united by a twenty-year journey in the field of luxury catering and hospitality.
Ro.Ck. provides consulting in the Food&Beverage sector (Cocktail Bars and Restaurants) and Hospitality (Hotels, Guesthouses, and B&Bs) at 360°, from start-ups to the management of established businesses in need of a breath of fresh air and organizational requalification. It builds business models and feasibility studies, carries out a complete company check-up, analyzes the market to propose innovative models and create original concepts from design to supervision of the work. We offer a wide range of services from menu engineering, revenue management strategy and profitability analysis, to business development, quality training, recruitment, hotel and restaurant supplies, and actual operational start-up.
Our actions are 'tailor made' and always highly personalized. Our experience and a dense network of partners and collaborators, who support our missions, guarantee highly qualified consulting.
